Women Physical Exams: Ages 19-49 Ages 50-64
Periodic Exam every 4 yrs. every 2 yrs.
Blood Pressure every 2 yrs. every 2 yrs.
Breast Exam annually annually
Mammogram annually at 40 annually
Breast Self-Exam monthly monthly
Skin Self-Exam weekly weekly
Lab Tests:
Pap Smear 1-3 yrs. 1-3 yrs.
Lipoprotein Profile every 5 yrs. every 5 yrs.
Fecal Blood annually annually
Flexible Sigmoidoscopy every 3-5 yrs. every 3-5 yrs.
Immunizations:
Tetanus Booster every 10 yrs.
Flu Vaccine annually – if high risk
Pneumococcal Vaccine once – high risk only
